For 30 years I have lived within the world of athletics as a Certified Athletic Trainer following an athletic career through high school and college. I have heard the phrase “I wish I could…” for my entire life from individuals who were not interested or willing to put in the time, effort, and dedication to be successful. Now, I have begun working with individuals to support their goal to THRIVE in life and athletics through HYLA Wellness, llc which includes in-person and online opportunities in HEALTHstyle planning, hands-on body work, and fitness and exercise prescription.
